Just wanted to let you know what a "cool" product "CoolSpot2000" is. My beagle Hannah, was constantly biting a "hotspot" at the base of her tail. Within 2-3 days of using Coolspot2000 the irritation was gone and Hannah stopped biting her tail. As a result, the hotspot (i.e. sore) has healed and her fur has grown back.
